HIERONIM DĄBROWSKI


Hieronim Dąbrowski is a law graduate at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in Information Security Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Center for American Law Studies, which is organized by Emory University, Georgia State University and the University of Warsaw.

He advises Clients especially on matters related to the broadly understood new technologies law, with particular emphasis on electronic communications law, e-commerce law and copyright law. He also supports clients in contract law, competition and consumer protection, cybersecurity and personal data protection law, as well as in proceedings before the Competition and Consumer Protection Office (UOKiK), the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) and the Electronic Communications Office (UKE).

Prior to joining Kobylańska Lewoszewski Mednis, he gained professional experience in the international and Polish law firms, in companies in the telecommunications and biotechnology industries, as well as in the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT).
